 Jhagadia

Experience: 8-12 years

Qualification: B. Tech. or equivalent

• Lead and drive continuous improvement of product quality, quantity, efficiency and yield
• Identify, minimise and resolve the unsafe condition and major risks
• Identify the OHS hazards and carry out risk assessment
• Carry out Root Cause Analysis of breakdowns and major deviations
• Comply with legal and statutory compliance requirement of State Pollution Control Board and Factory Act

2] Quality Control Manager

 Jhagadia

Experience: 10-15 years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./PhD in Chemistry

• Make amendments in specifications and work instructions as per QMS
• Ensure testing of materials is carried out as per quality plan and SOP
• Manage the non-conformity of products with proper resolutions and convey deviation of results to immediate superiors
• Ensure timely calibration, repair and preventive maintenance of all the LAB equipment
• Follow BBS (Behaviour-Based Safety) to maintain safety culture at workplace

3] Technology Exploration Manager

 Vadodara

Experience: 5-8 years in process design and technology. Experience in Aspen Plus and CFD Software preferred

Qualification: B. E. Chemical from a reputed institute like IITs, CT and NITs

• Lead a team that creates engineering documents, performs deep technical understanding and economics studies  (OPEX/CAPEX) for newer, strategic technologies, chemistries and concepts
• Bring newer ideas w.r.t  process intensification, energy intensification, advanced separation processes like DWCs
• Develop comprehensive understanding on basics of engineering and scale-up aspects of critical, strategic technologies  from lab to pilot and pilot to commercial
• Modelling in  Aspen Plus, CFD  software for resolving critical process engineering issues

4] Business Development Manager

 Mumbai

Experience: 5-8 years in vendor/business development in chemical or allied industries or leading consulting organisations with strategy/market development projects

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech. Chemical or MSc. Chemistry from a reputed institute

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships
• Work closely with R&D and Technology Development teams to shepherd new product development projects through the stage gate process
• Articulate business case for identified opportunities as per internal guidelines and templates
• Planning and Project Management
• Look for opportunities to improve and add to the core processes described in the BD element to make them more practical and suited to business needs

5] Research Executive (Analytical)

 Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3-10 years

Qualification: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry or M.Sc. Chemistry with large industrial experience in analytical method

• Mentor and coach team of Research Executives 
• Develop analytical method for the existing and new molecules
• To support organisation in terms of achieving various quality accreditations
• Prepare COA (certificate of analysis) for finished goods lot as per specifications
• To support structural identification of impurities and by-products and waste characterisation
• To support synthesis lab, Kilo Lab, Pilot plant in terms of process development and scale up quality needs

6] Research Executive (Synthesis)

 Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3-10 years

Qualification: MSc. Organic Chemistry

• Mentor and coach team of Research Executives for effective and safe execution of experimentation plan
• Interpret quality results and revise the experimentation plan
• Procure raw materials as per lab requirements
• Set up lab requirements (reaction assembly, distillation, filtration, reaction work-up, crystallisation) as planned
• Carry out reaction process as per the provided plan, analyse raw material, in process reaction intermediate and product
