1) Commercial manager: Commerce graduate with 5 to 7 years experience in heading UNIT'S.
2)R&D in Charge: Msc/Ph.D with 5 years experience in Pigments/Dye/Intermediate industry.
3)R&D chemist: Msc organics chemistry with 2 to 3 years of experience.
4) Production Manager: BE chemical/ MSc with 5 to 10 years of experience
5) Production Chemist: Msc/Bsc with 2 to 3 years of experience
6) Analytical Chemist: Msc analytical with 2 to 3 years experience.
7) QC in charge: MSc with 5 years of experience

9) HR in charge: 2 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
10) Store in Chemical in charge/ Logistics: Commerce graduates with 2 to 3 years.
